PURCHASE INVOICE SCANNING                                                                                             

When an invoice is posted to the purchase  ledger the
user is prompted to link the transaction to a scanned
image of the document concerned.

Subsequently, the image is available as PDF
whenever drilldown is required, in the same way as
sales invoices are viewed via the F8 button.

The same facility is available when interrogating the
Nominal Ledger.
